The South West Catchments Council’s Coastal team has been busy kickstarting a planting project, planting 64,000 trees to revegetate the Vasse Wonnerup Wetlands and return it to its former state as a haven for migratory birds.

The new SWCC Board of Management and Association

The South West Catchments Council has recently reviewed and amended its governance structures to meet with best practice standards and ensure it is well placed to meet the needs of our stakeholders and communities.

The membership of the South West Catchments Council is made up of an independent Chairperson and the Chairs (or their proxies) of the six community-based catchment groups that make up the South West NRM Region. This membership reflects the leadership of those actively involved with community-based NRM in the region.

Board of Management
